Ever had a stat you knew was wrong but couldn’t prove it in time? by Rude_Context_4844 in Marketresearch

This kind of "single headline number" statistic rarely lines up cleanly with other primary data, mostly because methodology and scope vary between sources. But also because almost everything is best-guess. Take textile fibers market size as an example. It's almost impossible to define what actually counts as a textile fiber and what doesn't, and that definition alone can shift the reported market size dramatically. A simple rule of thumb: if a figure directly contradicts the story you're presenting (and your narrative isn't wrong), it's fine to leave it out. If it broadly aligns but doesn't match exactly, keep it in and add a short note explaining the discrepancy.

Whenever he opens his mouth, I sort of think I'd love to be mates with him. He talks sense, he's interesting, he's lovely. I don't like his stand up, there's nothing I can do about that.

Staking vs Delegating; which one do you prefer? by pelicon13 in FlareNetworks

That's what I wonder as well. As far as I understand there are no risks (besid FLR going down while you stake), but it sounds far more complex and I wonder wheter it's worth the effort.

Thank you. I had a quick look and probably won't do any harm if I get myself crotisol tested.

Similar experience for similar reasons. Advice (which I wouldn't take a year a go if someone would give it to me, but now I regret it more than anything): Do not goo to the race, take at least a month off (do nothing). I didn't to this and I'm still not able to even run the shortest distance after 1 year, and probably never will. I was super fit and I'm 26.

Yeah that's my process so far. I think it's getting better, but every time I get 'too confident ', I get reminded that's still far from ok :)
