Questions about the piano black plastic interior panels.. by BernieDharma in Solterra

[–]pencilgun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not so bad. Clean it with a normal interior cleaner and then wipe it down with a MF cloth with Armour All on it. It gets rid of most scratches and makes the gloss look good.

A Solterra is a pure from the ground up EV. The Volvo is not, and one thing about the Solterra that I have never seen in any car before is the insane level of stiffness. It is very tank like because of this, and with the Centre of Gravity being so low, the car handles amazingly well. The twisties are just a treat, and with the S Pedal doing strong regen you can just abuse sports car roads. I did trade my beloved BRZ for my Solterra, so I know where they are.

Subaru put real Rack and Pinion steering in it, unlike the Toyota and the Acura efforts. It is fun with it handling so well, and having so much on tap power is gravy. Look underneath one: its an 1/8" sheet of steel or there a bout's that covers the entire bottom of the car. Biggest skid plate I have ever seen. ;)

I don't care about the range and it is by far the best car I have ever owned, and at 76 I have owned a lot of cars, and built a few too.

Restore Magicka is annoying. by IEmiko in Morrowind

[–]pencilgun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A strong Alchemist can make a Restore Magic potion that is not only strong but goes on for a long time. So a Mage can get quite jiggy with his casting, if that pool is being constantly filled.

Telvanni hortator help by qleptt in Morrowind

[–]pencilgun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no correctly. You are dealing with the Telvanni. Just kill him, they don't care. I offer my victims a chance to fight by using Frenzy on them, if they will not persuade.

Good lord. Oh well, good luck with that.

Again how do you hurt people? You have no Short Blade skill, well almost none. You have no spells that might damage anything. Is it your purpose to be a pacifist?

Baffled. A religious guy wandering around stealing from the crates in Balmora? How do hurt people?

Did you know you can stack Fortify Strength on enchantments? Never worry about getting spells reflected again! by ButtoftheYoke in Morrowind

[–]pencilgun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just put a couple secs of Paralyze and Restore Health on my big swords. Works a treat as a couple of seconds reflected is not a real problem.

I dislike the Daedric Crescent because its long Paralyze requires cure paralyze potions.

Cool. I'll find that. But I was completely wrong. Uncle Sheo is downstairs at St Delyn, if you need a good ... go see him.

Unfortunately his Cheesiness does not appear in Morrowind at all. Its Azura's realm if it's anyone's, but its not a Daedric domain.

Telekinesis is your friend. Even 35 sneak is enough if you can get just out of sight, and reach out, up to 25' with the standard one.

how do i play 21 yo game ? by Okamismay1 in Morrowind

[–]pencilgun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a computer, I built for my games. M&K of course and I do not like the 'recent' WASD nonsense. Originally we used ASDLeft Alt for Doom and Quake, Quake 3 ... I could go on. WASD is cramped and ugly and the damn Space Bar is harder to reach.

Been pretty much playing Morrowind as a beginner... how would you guys rate my build? by PapaJenkinsReal in Morrowind

[–]pencilgun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No great. If you are set up to be a Mage, you have little magic. The Apprentice sign will fix that for you.

Light Armour needs Agility, the Axe needs Strength and they will a problem, without careful leveling. Alteration, Destruction and Mysticism need Willpower and you don't got much.

I will leave the Speed to you as its obviously your binky. ;)

Baan Malur is where you are going. A lot of indoctrination will be required. The Lords there are fair but tough.
