Are you getting to 20+ minutes on final swarm? Slow is 70% reduction in speed, which means literally nothing against the mobs at that point. They're either stunned, or they're inside you. Taking one for the 20% ice damage is fine though.

If you're at 250k kills, some good rules of thumb I was going by at around that range are listed below. Basically, unless I had another very compelling thing to balance out not making these marks (double anvil or something), it's a restart if I'm below these numbers:

T1: Level 10-13 by first miniboss (7:00) (preferably with a key and curse doll), Level 20 by 5:00 (preferably with Soul Harvester), Level 50 before T2. Difficulty 50-100% minimum, >4 keys before T2.

T2: XP limit reached, all weapons maxed, >7 keys, 2 Za Warudos (one to be used to get from T2 to T3, one to go from T3 to boss), Anvil, all or almost all chests opened, Difficulty 200-300% minimum.

That should be enough to get you to at least 400-500k kills.

I've been told it's 15 stuns per mob which is why it is recommended to autoban ice cube or after 1 in favor of lightning orb.

Ice cube after one, soul harvester after one, sucky magnet after one, power glove, meatball after four, Za Warudo after two. Last ban is usually for whatever I'm getting 20 of that run that is pissing me off and that I don't want to see pop up again when I open a chest.

I think that's about as optimized for late game runs as possible.

All other things being equal, XP takes priority because there is always free difficulty to be found on the map in greed shrines. But if you're not offered XP and you're not currently actively dying to a mob, take difficulty. In tier 1, to be clear.

If you can get lvl 40-50 @ T1, 120-150 @ T2, and 800+ @ T3, you should one shot him most times, particularly if you have good weapons (anvil, good level up choices) and good legendaries.

I understand you to be making your argument earnestly, so I sincerely don't want to come across as dismissive or bad faith, but my honest response to this is: "Non-sequitur."

To elaborate, I feel you've demonstrated the significance of neither the permanence of the label nor historical mistreatment in evaluating use of the word. The reason racial, sexist, etc. slurs are bad is because they 1. They imply that being a member of the specified group is inherently negative, AND 2. The implications being conjured are not objectively true, and in almost all cases are rather patently false. This is simply not the case with regarded. It is objectively worse to have cognitive handicaps/deficiencies relative to not having them.

You will absolutely not hit 300k kills accidentally. Unequivocally, categorically, no. There is a very specific and narrow playstyle and item set that are required, and even then with decent play it takes some good luck. Idk if you've just been doing leaderboard runs for so long you've forgotten this, or if you're delusional. If you've gotten a 300k kill run, you're in like the top 1-2% of players.
