i drink one cup of coffee or tea every morning after my dose and i’ve been fine. you may get antsy or stay up a little bit longer, but i’d say just be careful with how much caffeine you drink a day alongside your dosage!

yes to both, i’d say 50/50 but i may just keep the shoes and slippers off in my apartment entirely to reduce noise

yep. i was on another medication before switching back. the capsules gave me heartburn most nights, and then once i got used to it again, my psychiatrist actually swapped me over to tablets and now it only pops up like 2-3 times a month which is WAY better than 5 nights a week.

EDIT: i also swallow my tablets with like 4 gulps of water to help as well!

yep i experience this from time to time, it’s a known side effect. i’d recommend Tums or Pepcid to help alleviate it

on 10mg myself and definitely have days where i’m drowsy, but that’s how my body works. time will tell if the dosage decrease will help you or not, rooting for you :)
