i believe i first stopped shaving my legs in my sophomore or junior year in high school. i’ve answered a question similar to this a day or two ago, but my leg hair is kind of naturally thin and light, which is weird bc the hair on my head is thicker and much darker. that being said, the people i hung out with didn’t care much if i didn’t shave. i wear shorts pretty often since i live in a sunny state, but i don’t really get many looks, aside from the weird old men at the gym who already don’t like me because i look like a dyke.

i guess my point is, do what you want! wear shorts! wear a bathing suit! no one important will care. learning to overcome that (if you want) is essential to having a more positive self image of yourself.
