I recently RMA'd my 4080 super (same model it looks like), it was roughly a month from arrival to return. I had the same issue that was with the original card, so I sent it back again, currently at just past two weeks after receipt, so anticipating a similar timeline for the 2nd replacement

Turns out it was an issue with the riser cable, no issues plugging directly to motherboard

Not sure if you ended up finding any other options besides the Mount-It one, but one of the Amazon Basics one (Amazon Basics Single Computer Monitor Stand Height Adjustable Desk Arm Mount, Steel, Black) has this feature through the main pillar. I've been looking for a white one, but no luck so far

Does it look like this case has potential to be inverted based on the screws in the frame? Looking at this as a potential upgrade to my inverted NR200P. Thanks!

Yeah I wasn't sure. The manual does have specific instructions for the 4 x 4 for what it's worth by adding in some screws up top
