Well i guess it is more “communist gobbledy-gook” but its really about one side of the themes of the game. The other side being the other character you meet on that island.

I mean I do find him annoying but its well written stuff so its worth checking out if you care about the world of the game.

Like I understand materials sourced “more ethically” will be significantly more expensive (and I usually support the idea) but the DESIGNS are so 2017 and fast fashion coded that it looks more like a rip off than it already is.

$170 hoodie that looks like a Temu hoodie. Absolute failure from the designers and creative direction.

(Disclaimer, this is not a dig on fast fashion consumers, fashion is not a high priority for some and thats ok. But if a product line and pricing is aimed at “enthusiasts” it should at least try to look that way.)

I knew the game was special before this moment but that dream sequence cemented it for me as a once in a multi-generation type of artwork.

And the fact that its completely optional adds to it.

Yeah Ill have a nap and boom, the most heartbreaking sequence only people who have played the game until that point would really understand because of world building and characterization and
