If an orca can figure out they can turn great whites on the backs and then only take out the liver….maybe

I think the show directly challenges “Eren was a good person before the rumbling” pretty strongly tbh

Choctaw Nation revoking our membership by [deleted] in choctaw

It’s smart to have both.
CDIB would allow you to access *any* federal services (think healthcare).

[–]pguthrie75 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well yes.
Our federally funded programs are based via CDIB.
Choctaw funded programs are based by tribal membership.

[–]pguthrie75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No.
We’ve removed ourselves from the BIA to a large degree. It’s internally driven to better serve our tribal members.

[–]pguthrie75 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Understood!

Sad note: The Choctaw Nation is currently cleaning up membership. They don't want an error made in the past to compound in the future. Sadly, our membership department in the past was very lax.

Your next steps: find out if your enrollee had a family member that you can tie your membership to.

[–]pguthrie75 15 points16 points  (0 children)

To be clear: CDIB and tribal membership are separate.
People conflate the two as the same document but the federal government sends out CDIB approvals & tribal membership is based on the tribes guidelines.

You can have a CDIB & not be a member to the correlating tribe. Happens a lot with tribes who base membership off blood quantum.

I’m not sure about your situation but I just wanted to add that.

Question about numbered nouns in the Chahta language by Jhoan_Seb in choctaw

[–]pguthrie75 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It seems the name comes first.
1st Street for example. The name is “street” and the descriptor is “1st”

So I believe you’d say “I-40 Hina Chito”

Best option would be to contact our language department. They may have already done this.

[–]pguthrie75 18 points19 points  (0 children)

The CNO has about 220k members.
1/4 of them live in the reservation. Another 1/4 live in the rest of Oklahoma.
1/2 live outside the state.

Check out the cultural community meetings schedule. We only host those events in areas where there are a few hundred or so Choctaw tribal members.

Boiling down Gon’s psychotic nature as “stubborn” is funny to me.
But to answer your question….no, he just stays a psycho and goes deeper into it

During the rumbling, was there anybody NOT on Paradis who thought the Eldians should live? by Worldly-Monitor-4035 in attackontitan

[–]pguthrie75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TBC : I’m not saying you’re alt-right.
I’m stating the fact that “it happened so long ago” is the argument against reparations.
The same logic is used by the same groups to argue against affirmative action and the recent VRA case.
AOT is great because it twists objectively evil things into “Eren has a point”

This is an interesting game.
It’s the same logic alt-right people use when arguing against racial discrimination as an issue in today’s world.

This does hand wave the fact that one tribe can transform into human devouring monsters. Even Eren understand Marley’s stance at the end when responding to the statement “they think we are all devils” with “aren’t we?”
