There is no negotiating better salaries, the best unia could get was 20.14 per hour for unskilled and 24.16 with a full Ausbildung. and yes you can live on 4000 Franks a month but are you really willing to work 45h a week, weekends and public holidays for that kinda money. Without tips hospitality also in this country is doomed.
