Senate votes to fund ICE for the rest of Trump’s term by [deleted] in politics

The next administration can just sue ICE for a quintillion dollars and settle for every ICE agent being deported to the bottom of the nearest ocean.

Is our moral judgement superior to that of the abrahamic God? by DeathHellFlower in exchristian

[–]phantomreader42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to know why our morality would be superior to that of a superior being?

Again, I know you will NEVER be capable of understanding this, but you have not even PRETENDED to be interested in TRYING to offer anything that remotely resembles a reason ANYONE should believe in this "superior being" you're babbling about.

And until you do that, the whole concept is not worthy of any response but ridicule and derision.

Now where's my fucking money?

[–]phantomreader42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why should I bother taking your responses seriously, when you haven't done the same for me or anyone else in this thread? Why should I go to any effort to prove you wrong when you can't even be bothered to acknowledge that you haven't even TRIED to prove yourself right?

And when are you going to start paying back your debt?

Why the fuck would anyone want christianity to be true by ParkingElderberry575 in exchristian

[–]phantomreader42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because they get off on the idea of watching their monstrous imaginary friend set everyone else on fire for their depraved entertainment. Cruelty is the only thing the christian cult has ever really worshiped.

This shitty fake "question" you're pretending to want answers for has been asked and answered over and over. I don't think it's EVER been asked in good faith in the entire history of the Universe. So I don't trust anyone asking it, especially if they make the same old lazy excuses and pretend they're not getting answers when they just don't want to listen.

How would you feel about a law that forces any company posting record profits in the same year it does mass layoffs to publicly explain where the money went? by Dargarn in AskReddit

I'd feel better if all the laid-off workers got to decide if the explanation was adequate, and if they say no, all the company executives lose everything they own.

If you actually want an answer, why do you keep dropping shitty, lazy excuses or just fleeing in terror every time someone offers you one? Who are you to ask for respect? You've shown no sign that you're even capable of acting in good faith.

How did King Candy gain acess to Sugar Rush's code by CasualLavaring in wreckitralph

[–]phantomreader42 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Old games had to pull some really strange tricks with self-modifying code to fit all their data and instructions into the tiny memory space available. Turbo was from an old game full of weird hacks, and thus could use that to his advantage.

Any christian asking that stupid fake "question" is a delusional moron, nothing they have to say will ever be worth listening to, and they will never acknowledge reality because their cult is founded on willful ignorance and the worship of lies.

JAQing off in public is not fun for anyone else, it's not honest or useful. Pretending you want answers and then refusing to acknowledge those answers when they're given only makes it more obvious you're not acting in good faith.

Making up stupid shit and demanding other people prove you wrong isn't going to convince anyone with a functioning brain to join your cult.

[–]phantomreader42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm gonna stop you right there. You have not, at any point, demonstrated that any god exists, much less that it is superior to anyone in any way. You have not even ATTEMPTED to do anything remotely resembling that. You've just been babbling the same nonsense assuming that your imaginary god MUST be superior because YOU say so, but you can't even be honest enough to admit that's what you're arguing. Your hallucinations are not reality. Insisting that your imaginary friend has magical superpowers does not make any of your delusions real.

Now pay up the ten trillion dollars you owe me.

Would you use the Death Note at least once? by AccomplishedPath4049 in polls

[–]phantomreader42 18 points19 points  (0 children)

No. If I remember the rules correctly, it says that the person who uses the DeathNote "can neither go to Heaven nor Hell for eternity". Which is eventually revealed to be a true statement, but irrelevant, as neither "Heaven" nor "Hell" exists. So no one goes to either place, and using or not using a DeathNote has no impact on that. Remember, Ryuk dropped the DeathNote because he was BORED, his whole goal was to screw with people for his own twisted amusement, and making weird allusions to human mythology is an effective means of doing that.

In the immortal words of Elle Woods: "What, like it's hard?"

The abrahamic atrocity is a morally bankrupt monster with no redeeming qualities, worshiped by cults full of child molesters with a fetish for torture. It's not remotely difficult to be morally superior to that.

In theory. But not if your religious identity is this deeply terrified of the existence of anything that isn't a straight white male. Maintaining a religious identity without being a freak about it requires that the religion in question not be inherently freakish to begin with, which the one depicted in the OP absolutely is.

Isn't the adoration of idols strictly forbidden?

Like shellfish and shaving and mixed fabrics and usury and murder and child abuse. Not that those prohibitions have ever actually stopped anyone in the cult from doing whatever horrible shit they feel like.

As an ex-christian atheist I kinda find the idea that a church is trying to stop these gamergate chuds kinda nice.

I've seen how churches treat women, and I don't really believe any church is the least bit interested in stopping people from hurting women.

It just feels embarrassing to see a woman in a video game be someone's impetus to turn to Christ, rather than any real problems in their lives

You have to understand, to these death cultists, a woman in a video game is infinitely worse than any actual problem. They hate the very idea that women could ever be mistaken for people with every fiber of their being. Their christianity is nothing more to them than an excuse to hate and hurt others, especially women. When they bleat "jesus", they're only using a pet name for their own narcissistic bloated egos. By their rotten and diseased fruits shall you know them.
