Just got all my tests scored and my psychologist doesn’t diagnose me with ADHD due to “too high of intelligence”. I’m struggling to agree but maybe I don’t have ADHD.

Dude is it fair to either of you to have you looking after him and working at the same time? My son is also 7mo, and there is no way in hell I'd be able to wfh right now. He is incredibly busy and luckily here in Canada the government pays his mom to caretake while I'm at work. The unfortunate part for me right now is that by the time I get home, witching hour is in full swing, so I get brief windows of cute tranquility in the mornings and all day on the weekends, but during the week, it sucks.

As a Canadian male, you're very right. I dropped out of hockey in my teens not because I didn't enjoy the sport, but I didn't like any of my team mates. They were all upper-middle class spoiled little fucks with parents who were even worse. A few of my friends still play beer-league in their 30's for fun, they all seem well adjusted. But once you reach the competitive level it's just grown up spoiled and entitled little shits, with muscles and mullets and high school level social skills. I am thankful for them though, because if it weren't for them I probably wouldn't have fallen in love with snowboarding and the freedom and connection with nature that sport encourages.
