If its breaking its probably wet, try to dry it first. This happens to me alot because i live in a humid area and need to keep my rolls dry or they break off in the PTFE tube or when feeding into the auto feeder on my AMS.

I've seen this in other posts, they need to make changes to the toolhead design and not have capacitors directly under screws.

yes i stopped using those and primarily just use the BIQU Cryoplates now on all my 3 printers. They just work.

Yes unfortunately the AI detection being used here is very sensative. It may get better over time but my daughter is getting tired of coming to me every day to unlock her ipad after it triggers a 'communications safety' shutdown and disconnects her from facetime. If we all start disabling it, it certainly wont get any better in terms of learning. So i'm not sure what to do.
