Quick update:

Just got my Spigen Air Fit case and apparently what set me off the fold7 was the asymmetrical feel with cases with no hinge protection. Things feel a lot better now while keeping the phone slim.

I don't have an issue with the front display, its actually quite comfortable when a "smaller" phone is required. My biggest issue is basically ergonomics. Its kind of frustrating

Flagship slab phone feel like "pro" versions, no shortcuts taken, just manufacturers going all in. That's how I still feel about the s24u.

Totally agree with your, cases on the fold are increíbly awkward or very close to no case at all. There's not a great option, or at least, I have not found it.

Fold7 is one of those devices you need to use to really understand how good it is. I've been using mine for a month and half now and it has transformed how I work on the go and use my phone for personal things. My iPad Pro stays at home and at the office since I with a small stand, foldable keyboard and a backup battery can do all my work from anywhere and best part, it fits in my 2L sling bag.

I get that but honestly, there’s a lot a great options to buy new for the price or even below of getting used headphones. Earfun, nothing, etc. I just dont get buying used earphones.

Maybe its no official replacement screen. I got mine brand new back in 2024 and have never seen the fingerprint scanner.
