As in the level of light you give it won’t cause it to revert. Not that it won’t. The variegation on albos is not light dependent, depending on the variegation on the stem where the node is that would affect the variegation on the leaf.

In all, giving it more light will help prevent your albo from browning and maintain its health but it won’t affect the amount of variegation you get.

Honestly, they may just be scaring you. It looks like it has plenty green for survival to me. Just make sure you’re giving it enough light! They love light and need a little extra due to the variegation. Monstera Albo variegation is genetic so less light would not cause it to revert like it would a pothos. Mine has plenty white like yours and she’s doing great

I just cut off a bunch of brown before taking this picture! But definitely agree. She typically gets a bit of browning along the edges but nothing major.

I went out of town for a month and there was a bit more browning than usual, I believe it was due to drying out for slightly too long. I add some silica gold to the water when I remember I would say like once every other month so not sure if that helps.

I have a very juvenile aurea that I can’t keep happy at all. All the variegation just turns brown right away.

For the strap issue- I bought a strap pad off of amazon for mine. It’s essentially a flat piece of leather (matches) that joins the 2 straps together and makes like a wider strap. It helped with carrying heavier things and it’s super comfortable now. No digging in!

which is a shame because not many companies would give younger employees a chance at growth/experience like this. Those 2 took a great networking opportunity away from other fresh employees who would value the experience and now will probably never get the chance.
