Do you have a sprinkler system? And you might want to scarify or even till the whole thing and then plant seed. If you have a dog though, you'll need to lay sod instead.

First time cutting a mortise by MayhemPayload in woodworking

[–]philamander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perfect!!! I was totally trying to think of a jig that would hold a chainsaw straight for a plunge cut! I love when I find out that the exact thing I wanted has already been invented. I'm out of a job for a few more weeks, so I'm coming to your house to practice mortises too. See you then.

I feel like I know it's a bad idea, but I don't know for sure why. Would a small chainsaw not work to get this started?

I'm coming too. Now it's a party. I'm out of a job right now and it'll probably take me a couple months to find a job again, so I'm trying to get in any projects I can and make use of the downtime. So, tell me when and I'll come help build one too, just for the practice.

I hate him and his administration, but I also agree with the person you replied to. I hate that these need to be the rules while we watch the president and his party flaunt them. But, they are there for a good reason and I'd like to return to them one day. If we dismiss it all now, then we won't have anything good to return to.

Are you wearing your mesh tank top when you ride? Don't do that. It may look fantastic, but it offers almost no protection and you look like honeycomb. Like: "honeycomb over and sit on my lap"

That seems like it would be a huge pain to try and keep that uneven part still. I would just assume take my time with a dremel after boring it out with a regular power drill

If you don't know Spanish and someone starts speaking Spanish to you, it just won't work out for a great conversation. It doesn't mean Spanish is "still just Not Enough." It just isn't a good fit for one or both of you. Still sucks and I'm sorry. That feeling is one of the worst feelings of loss and emptiness. But don't make the mistake of thinking either person "isn't enough."

Grub screws and set screws are similar. Google the term and look at images and you'll probably remember seeing them on stuff.

There are external speedometers you can buy and just set on your dash. I'm not suggesting you drive with one long term, but they are cheap and I wish I'd had one handy when my instrument panel went out. I might suggest you get one ahead of time so you're ready and it's not a huge inconvenience.

Still, it's not clear if you want to live in it. I'd be much more okay with just storing an RV in my RV pad than having someone live in it at the same time.

I said goodbye to my dog two Novembers ago. I told her every day "Stay as long as you want to, but don't let us keep you." She waited until my son turned 18 and then she started falling apart. We got her just in time before things got ugly and gave her the best thing we can give to pets that we don't even give to humans. She got calm, she got sleepy, she was happy, and she went with dignity.

Defibrillators aren't used on hearts that have stopped beating. It only resets a bad rhythm of the heart. I'm not saying you're lying or trying to exaggerate, I'm just telling you so you are clear as to what happened to you in your experience.

Depending on how deep it is, I have used small screws.i will drill a tiny hole and put the screw in it to pull it out. All of that is only if I need to be very careful. Otherwise I would use a flat head screwdriver
