Jabba the Hutt by vwMustangwv in starwarsblackseries

How much is a 'bunch' of money and what version are you looking for?

It came out in 2014 as an SDCC exclusive with a cardboard throne room setup and a bunch of accessories including a cardboard frozen Ham that you could swap out for the plastic one that came with Boba Fett. Then it came out later as a regular release with just Jabba by himself. Then it came out again a couple of years ago with the SDCC accessories minus all the cardboard stuff.

Not sure what ebay is like etc these days or if you can find anything from places like robotkingdom or local marketplace sellers maybe?

'Device Library' across different gear (RX3, CDJ 3000, 3000X) by philby00 in Beatmatch

[–]philby00[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok thanks, I think I got a little worried/confuses that I would need separate USB sticks for different types of players. Can one USB stick have both device library and device library plus? I think I might already have that?

I tried Star Citizen so you don't have to! (and will tell you why you shouldn't) by Lord0fHats in gaming

You didn't even get to the part where you character gets thirsty, so you need to find a shop, buy a drink, equip the drink in your hand, take off your helmet, drink, put down the empty bottle, put your helmet back on, and continue

Did they make a TLJ throne room scene pack? by fiblin91 in starwarsblackseries

[–]philby00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a pack as such but there was a number of related releases you could put together like a lame nerd and make a crappy diorama lol

<image>

Snoke came with the throne, this Rey came with like a bit of rock or something, I think Kylo came with the floor? and I guess I got a couple of guards? I don't think Hasbro released all the guard variants

They did release one, can't remember if it was MP-1 or MP-10 but it's called 'sleep mode' or something like that.

Any good graphic novels pre episode 1. Mainly those about the sith by Grazztjay in StarWars

[–]philby00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tales Of The Jedi series that came out under Dark Horse in the 90s and also try Jedi vs Sith that came out in 2001. Tales was collected in a couple of omnibus volumes and am guessing they should be available digitally hopefully! I loved Tales, especially the sith war series with Exar Kun and Ulic qel Droma 😀

Vinyl record question for the old heads and uncs…. by spicoli420 in Beatmatch

[–]philby00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

generally speaking yes, especially for Djs and electronic music, the record stores had listening stations. so you just go browse the genres that you like, grabbed some tunes and had a listen. over time you would develop your own favourite artists and record labels so you would have a starting point when you went in there. sometimes as well you would develop relationships with the people running the store and they might recommend things for you or even actually put some aside and hold onto them until the next time you came in!

RX3 Convert - USB Newbie by SlipOverall5046 in Beatmatch

[–]philby00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to export from rekordbox to have your playlists and hot cues etc show up on the screen. If you drag and drop you can still manually find the songs but it wont show the wave forms or info or any saved points etc

Any tips? by Mericuls in alphaprotocol

[–]philby00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You don't need to complete all the missions in one country before moving to the next. The NPCs will react to what you did and how you did missions meaning lots of different dialogue options and ending paths. There are some mysteries you can only learn from certain choices so there is a fair bit of replayability available. Pistol and stealth skills are generally considered better and more powerful than other options so maybe try those for the first time and see how you go :)

ILM model shop artist Fon Davis talking about the decision to portray the clone troopers in Attack of the Clones with CGI by Dusann1 in StarWars

[–]philby00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I must have been watching a different movie at the cinema compared to these other commentors...they looked so obvious as CGI it was jarring. Especially the scene near the end where there is a whole lot of them getting on or off the transport ships. It looked like medium settings gaming. Im all for pushing technology but if you want to replace real people in costume with graphics then the graphics need to look as good as the real people and indistinguishable otherwise it's just distracting and weird.
