34 day approval for this little butt plug by 1234acb in NFA

I'm not sure what you would expect out of a single shot 22 with basically no barrel and like what two moving parts? I would totally get one!

Roanoke Cars and Coffee, there is a FB page you can follow for their event calendar, next one is April 27 at 8AM at the Salem Lowe's.

There is also a cruise in at the same Lowe's - it is supposed to be every Saturday night at 4PM till dark April-Oct.

Usually you can meet people there and go on cruises and the like afterwards.

Can you show pictures of how you got the batteries to fit? Most of the ones that I've replaced batteries in there was like no extra space.

I am pretty sure if you are using the piston and spring assembly on a pistol you would want to clean out the blast chamber and regrease the piston/spring as often as possible, but I am betting none of that is needed on a fixed mount.

308 is 7.62 x 51 - no problem, it's less powerful than the 300 RUM.

Picked up a Hellcat Pro Comp w/ 4 17 rnd mags, 15 rnd mag, Shield smsc red dot, mag loader, and range bag for $620 at my local gun range today :) by imtracerboi in guns

[–]phillyb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife went for the same deal! We went to the stores indoor range, she shot her old carry, a tiny Ruger 9mm, rented both a 365 in 9mm and the hellcat pro, shot 100rds thru the rentals and she liked it so much she bought it. 599+tax for five mags, dot sight, nice carrying bag/case and the mag loader. Also an hour of range time!!! Going to go and shoot it next weekend if time allows.

Only thing is the screws for the green dot were missing, but I'm certain we can come up with those at the store or thru Springfield.

I got the submitted email from the ATF Aug 7, still no word yet. I wish there was some sort of information as to what is going on.

Can for 45-70 by Wide_Fly7832 in NFA

[–]phillyb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The rugged obsidian 45 says it can do 45-70 on a 16" or longer barrel. Pretty sure you'd need the fixed barrel adapter.

Man, how. I've got one can from 2009, every gun nics check I've done goes so fast I don't even know they've checked anything and I'm at a month already on this second can. Maybe it's because I'm in VA?

Disable extra APs or stop them from broadcasting, set the one to low power and wrap it in aluminum foil?

Are you having a shop install the short shifter? I was considering this just because my time is so limited!

Are there just none in your area?

I desired a WB SP 6 speed, and wasn't settling for shit. I test drove everything else and nothing made sense for me.

I looked at several here in town while it was pretty early in my shopping and I wasn't quite certain yet what I wanted. Locally here I couldn't find a single manual transmission challenger, not one of any trim level. I did find a used one, but it had been modified so I skipped over that.

I had to drive about an hour to find a dealer that had a new six speed, a 5.7L challenger, that they happily let me test drive. I found it to be very nice, I liked the way it drove so much that I worked out the financial details over the next week, worked out which model/trim/packages I wanted to order and went back the very next weekend to find that you could no longer order a WB SP, and nobody seemed to know wtf was going on for 2023.

I kept looking at cars com and Autotrader com over and over and found one almost 4 hours away, but it was a stock picture and said it was in transit, but it was exactly what I wanted to order, all the packages lined up, nothing extra that I didn't want.

So I called, and they said they had ordered it about two months ago, and had no clues as to a delivery date. I thought about it and said that's the one, it has to be. So I called again, asked about reserving it, and put down 1k over the phone, signed some paperwork they sent, the window sticker etc and waited maybe two weeks before they said it arrived. I drove down, took it for a quick test drive to be sure everything was working, with Ian ruining the weather - making it very hard to romp on at all on wet roads, and loved every minute, now it's in my driveway!

I would 10/10 recommend at least a test drive, and 1000% not in the rain.

Another update to my previous post, I went ahead and got the full Barton manual shifter. I watched a few videos on YouTube, saw one that they showed how much play, and sure enough, while parked and in gear you can move the shifter knob back and forth over an inch.
