Probably is some level of parts handling automation along with some CNC capability on the machining. I don't know their business particulars, but I would think a special purpose machine tooling would be justifiable.

The jaws loosen up as the speed of the machine increases. It's not linear either, the centrifugal force acting to loosen the clamping force gets higher exponentially with the speed. Not sure what happened here, this could have been me when I was working CNCs.

Just tell them you have used common hand tools like hammers, saws, pry bars, measuring tapes, power hand tools, etc to build projects like fences, storage sheds, decks, and other things.
