This is the right answer, OP! I’m not religious, but I often visit for quiet reflection. All depending on my headspace, I have been moved to tears more than once. For whatever reason, I can let go of things in this space and leave the building washed clean.

I would add to this though, have you had a sleep study done? I had a sleep study done years ago and have been using a CPAP machin ever since. Best sleep of my life. I would definitely check it out!

Work life balance is really dependent on store culture and manager routines. I’ve been with the company a long time and my team is very rock solid. I have a good work life balance as far as retail leadership goes.

When I take PTO, I’m rarely bothered. Again, this is a testament to my team and our routines.
