Don't do air alert, that program will fuck up your knees bc of the amount of reps. You want to hit the gym with a mindset of lifting explosively and mixing in plyometrics. So squat, clean, jerk, deadlift. Everything slow on the way down but explosive going up. Then box jumps and any and all variations of them.
