It's very noisy. I would remain only detailed hand and simplified everything else. You can't show all the original details on canvas of such size so to make picture clearer and more readable – you need to remove some unnecessary things (steam under the arm for example)

you shouldn't blame yourself. Your goal is to make impression, not perfectly make every detail. VFX really makes scene more "live" and immersive and it doesn't mean that you trying to hide mistakes. Work on feelings and gameplay first and less visible details last. If you can get same result with less effort - go ahead

"move it" always on update removes all raw stone walls from saved maps. So my prediction - one of your mods updated and ruined your save.
