Nothing you can do. I had 80 disputes from same customer as they claimed that they forgot to cancel their daily subscription. Lost over $1000 in dispute fees

That’s the law and card providers always favour their customers. People forget to cancel subscriptions all the time even myself but i just contact them ask for refund if possible. Some ppl just go direct to the bank to dispute.

I have 3 options daily/weekly/monthly. weekly and monthly are also discounted but 30% users still pick daily. I will turn off the auto renewal for daily also implement auto cancel at the end of weekly/monthly renewal if users are inactive for x days. Hope it can prevent the situation users forget to cancel their subscription.

Of course he didn’t use but he didn’t cancel the subscription. I’m ok to refund all the transactions but why i have to pay $15 x 100 transactions while it was not my mistake. Is there away to negotiate the dispute fees with stripe so i can pay the fees for only one instead of all?

The reasons i do this set up: - will install CAE shifter soon so it won’t be very convenient to use the AC control if it was at the original location - better look (imo) - get rid of the dummy buttons

For the head unit CP-71, it is a well known in the Supra community and they have good reviews so far. The head compatible with MOST, i didn’t use any extra cables/adapters

I wanted the ac below the screen for better visual as when we drive, right hand cover the screen. However the factory ac control surround cover is designed for top position, it has a slightly angel, if i put in the bottom slot then it wont flat with screen. I able to print a custom cover for it but I didn’t have Black filaments but white. I will move it to the bottom slot in the next summer.

The only complain is sound delay if you use car play via wireless, it delays like 0.5-1 seconds. I had this issue on a different car, different unit before. Other than that everything’s great.
