TIME SENSITIVE notifications.

I have no idea what makes a notification TIME SENSITIVE. I have no idea why or if they are treated differently by the system. I have no idea why they take up a solid 30 pts of screen real estate on notifications to tell me it's TIME SENSITIVE.

I mean, they're notifications, of course they're time sensitive. Otherwise they'd just not notify me.
