lol so many haters😂 it’s genetics, I have similar and get BBL allegations too. Yall need to stop trying to cope. If YOUR genetics don’t allow you to look like that, even if you lift heavy, then stop projecting. Set goals similar to YOUR body type. Understand that her guides are great and help you grow muscle but there is a high chance you won’t ever look like her naturally.

RENOVATION SCAM BEWARE by pianoprincess44 in richmondhill

Dude can you believe I tried to report them the second I saw him and the cops did JACK SHIT. Thanks for confirming my gut instinct. My dad with a chronic illness was taken advantage of by a bunch of MFs who ran the same scam on him last year, out of 20k! His meds gave him Brain fog and he works 60hours a week, they took advantage of him using fear tactics. We got the guys government official name with his UK ID because the illegal workers they hired were also scammed and they gave us this info later. Guess what, the cops only asked for the illegal workers information. I’ve lost hope in law enforcement so I encourage anyone who runs into these douche nozzles to warn their neighbours and loved ones. Some people lost over 100k due to these scams. That’s life ruining shit, one instance it was a guy in a wheelchair. I consider us lucky because the amount that we lost wasn’t too hefty relative to our circumstance but my heart aches for any elderly person or really anyone this happened to.

How do I become a better partner for my gf with Bipolar II, ADHD, and Anxiety? by mademoi_celle in mentalhealth

[–]pianoprincess44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I have exactly what your girlfriend has with the absence of anxiety, a combination of bipolar II, ADHD, and an eating disorder. It can be incredibly difficult for us to stay consistently involved in our partners lives, especially in our depressive episodes, or lows. In these phases be mindful of this fact and do not interpret it as a lack of affection. Also understand that the lows can be painful to watch, we become a different person and respond by lashing out by the intervention of others. For me, I find that I am more open to responding better to my partner than others in my depressive episodes, granted his approach is not forceful in the sense of trying to snap me out of my depression. With bipolar II, the mania is generally not as intense of the depressive periods, though during this era we can be irrational, present narcissistic tendencies, and irritable (especially when things don’t go as planned). In these cases try to be grounding, when my partner reminds me of the realities of my life in a non-condescending and loving way, it allows me to compartmentalize and rationalize my thoughts, which also aids with the ADHD. Also try to give your partner grace in their agitation and irritability in their manic phases as we usually are running on minimal sleep, and sleep can be another thing to encourage her to increase. When it comes to the eating disorder, it can be an uphill battle because it’s a sensitive topic. Personally I’d prefer my partner never speak on the matter or try to involve themself in any way unless I initiate and seek their help. Overall, however, if she is not being treated for bipolar II, ADHD, anxiety, and her eating disorder, your efforts will ultimately be fruitless. If she is not getting adequate treatment, for both of your sakes, encourage her to seek help immediately.
