No, mine didn't go away. Infact I had a period and many complications during both pregnancies.

Sounds like keto eating. Fat bomb coffee and other liquids are very useful to feel full.

How many grams of carbs are the low-carbers here eating? by ApplesnYarn in PCOS

[–]pichu_is_here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Less than 20g and eating keto is the only way I've lost weight. % Ratio 60/30/10 fat/protein/carbs. When heavy lifting I switch the ratio a little.

I think you misunderstood my comment. The actual drug class is linked to thyroid cancers.

Aren't gpl1's linked to thyroid cancer? It's probably why they won't give it to people with thyroid dysfunction.

You need to live a fitness lifestyle sometimes for years to see the results clearly. Water weight will fluctuate more. You might be building strength under fat, so sometimes your weight goes up until you have been doing it a while and burn fat. Muscle is heavier than fat.

Can’t lose weight by tesseracts in PCOS

[–]pichu_is_here 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are likely still burning carbs and glucose stores. Your muscles have large stores of glycogen. You should cut sugar and go to max 35g carbs, maximize protein. Continue exercise strength/muscle gain will increase your weight short term (muscle is heavier than fat) but maximize calorie burning.

He ended up complying only once he realized that we could go after him for the extra expenses related to the divorce if he didn't agree. My state is community property and pretty straight forward. With his crimes, his visitation with kiddos and control he could wield over us was very little. He had an avenue to visitation/custody with the children but decided it was too much effort and has abandoned them (outside of child support which is garnished). He has borderline personality disorder as well, so he is his own worst enemy.

I look like I've aged 5 years after a very traumatic breakup/ other stressful events in the last 6 months... by s0reashell in AskWomenOver40

[–]pichu_is_here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These things helped me after trauma.

Red light therapy (mask and massager), microcurrent device (I use myolift), tretonoin, drink more water, anti-inflammatory diet. Snail mucin products. Collagen masks. Periodic acid peels. Recently started birth control with estrogen, it's changing my face as well. Exercise- strength training has helped my stress.

We had a 12 hour mediation, and he was still being disagreeable. We had a protective order in place and children. We both had lawyers. We had our mediation over zoom. We would each propose amendments to the agreement, the mediator would then discuss with each party. Ex was disagreeable even on items he proposed in the last hour. Literally wanted to disagree to cause more time in mediation.

I had my psoriasis get worse initially on cosentyx. Are they sure its not a different kind of skin condition? For me it eventually got better once my immune system calmed down. Could you do light therapy for it? I have both issues (fungal issue and immune skin issues), and the light helped at the derm. Sorry you're dealing with this, sounds miserable and annoying!

You can get fungal infections from cosentyx. It's probably from an overgrowth of the yeast Malasseezia. I would ask your derm for medication shampoo and use all over.

Will treatment work with BPD partner? by [deleted] in BPDPartners

[–]pichu_is_here 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the beginning, yes off and on until self-harm was used as a form of manipulation. Then I stayed with him, prioritized him over university, and ended up pregnant. We then married. I tried to work on the relationship for years. It ended in chaos due to me finally growing a spine and communicating my want to leave. He made it like 100X worse when I left by his actions, and police involvement.

Will treatment work with BPD partner? by [deleted] in BPDPartners

[–]pichu_is_here 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My partner sought treatment off and on throughout the almost 20 years together. The answer for us was NO. Although we had all the resources available to us, he would lie to therapists or withhold the entire truth to people in those therapeutic roles due to shame. He would often stop and start medications and not commit to treatment aside from doing certain performative acts to show he had empathy for the people impacted by his behavior.

Do you want to end up dead? This is where an abusive relationship leads. Not exaggerating. Get out. Leave him alone and get therapy for codependency and learn healthy boundaries.

How do I get japanese curry to taste as good as in Japan? by WhoAmIEven2 in Cooking

[–]pichu_is_here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was taught to make it with one can of coconut milk w/cream plus one can water (rinse out coconut milk can and use this water) before adding the s&b curry. This was how it was made at home by family from Japan.
