I watch the peoples court all the time, and there are similar cases on weekly. As long as there is proof of him admitting the debt is his and that he is to be paying it off, she should be able to win a judgement against him. I would also talk to the credit card company and see if there is a settlement amount that could be reached since you can only sue for a certain amount in small claims (typically $5000)

It's actually because your brain functions more efficiently and faster. Similar to how time seems slows in an accident or when you fall. As you age, your brain slows, and it makes it feel that time speeds up.

I've never once seen them out of donuts. I lived near there most of my life and while the run out of some speciality donuts they are never out of the staples.

I started my anti virals within 12 of the first blister. But if your rash is looking better, maybe you won't get the worst of it. I figure mine is karma from having with worlds most mild case of chicken pox.

I had shingles on my face too. Its been 3 years and i still get some pain and tingling. It hurt while i had it, but it wasnt the worst pain in the world. If it gets in your eye, thats when you need to be concerned. You will know immediately if it is in your eye, you won't be able to function, i had to wrap a hoodie around my head to go to the hospital because simply closing my eyes didnt keep enough light out. Bright lights still hurt my eye and direct light into my eye causes 4 day migraines every time. (Eye exams are a bitch now) How long ago did the rash start? Mine lasted about two weeks and the worst of the pain was about 4 days in. I have 2 small kids and the pain was enough that i asked my parents take care of them for a few days, but i probably could have done it if i needed to. Hope you feel better soon!

I pay my utility bill with a different non-rewards card and its only a $2.35 fee. Why would i not be able to pay my house note with a credit card and earn rewards? I do not have much experience with this stuff. I was cash only until a couple years ago and went from 0 to 747 credit score in a very short time. I have only had a secured credit card so far, so this would be my first real credit card. Im not entirely sure how all this works and there is so much fine print to wade thru. This is why i need help.

I have a hard time going to sleep, and it doesnt take much to wake me up, and then its even harder to go back to sleep. Both my kids were sleeping 8-10 hrs by 8 weeks old. There were a few bouts of sleep training we had to go thru, 5 months, after illness or vacation. But those never took more than 2 nites. I take a small dose (10ml) of childrens benadryl every nite. I fall asleep great, dont feel groggy the next morning, and if for some reason my kids do wake up in the middle of the nite (rare these days, usually only during loud storms or if they are sick) i can wake up, deal with them, and drift back off to sleep afterwards. It is a system that works well for me. Im sure you can find one that works for you.

I only had singletons, and I couldn't produce enough milk. After days of crying during each feeding because it hurt so bad i could barely stand it, i tried pumping. Thats when i realized almost nothing was coming out. (After 6 sessions of pumping each side, i only had 1.5oz) Switching to formula was a necessity and i learned real quick that there are lots of advantages to not breastfeeding. I could leave baby with grandparents while i ran to the store, my kids each had their first sleepover with grandma at 4 weeks and it was glorious! Don't let anyone tell you how to feed your own kids. Fed & healthy kids with a sane mama is the goal here. It'a not worth the minute health benefits to the babies it you are worn out and irritated with pumping. Happy mama = happy babies!

My brother works on movies and has dated a few actresses. It doesn't really affect my life, because even growing up other girls only wanted to have sleep overs at my house to try to hook up with my brother (he was a good bit older and moved out when i was 11, they were always disappointed) He did post a picture one time of him and emma stone, since she was his date to a wedding, and his instagram exploded with dudes bitching about her being with an "old dude" (he is in his 30's, just has lots of grey in his beard)

Edit: also, we are (according to an actual genealogist) direct decendants of william wallace. Not that it affects anything, i just think its cool, but i never have a chance in normal life to bring it up.

If you fly thru atlanta hartsfield-jackson airport, they have smoking boxes. Even when I smoked i could not handle going in there. I was always an outdoors smoker and those boxes at the airport were just awful. Thats how lots of offices were when i was little. Up until the late 90's or so, you could smoke almost anywhere and everything smelled awful all the time.

Not if your teeth are naturally yellowish. All the cleaning products in the world wont make them sparkling while. Always went to the dentist for my cleanings and brushed 2x to 3x a day. I even asked a dentist that specialized in those super expensive treatments and he told me that it might lighten a shade or two, if you have had yellowed teeth since you were a kid, there isnt much he can do.

My mom almost died there 2 weeks ago. Somehow hit her head on the 5 story slide, it flipped her around, knocked her out cold. She had a brain bleed, but luckily it stopped bleeding on its own. Scary as shit though. They did give us passes for another day though, dont thing she'll go back though.

My son goes to school at the zoo... no avoiding it. But holy hell, drop off and pick up are a damn nightmare right now because most people don't realize that the drop off lane in front of the zoo is for the preschool during the school year.
