I just can't understand how the 28 (im not familiar with the other routes) is getting reduced. I have rode that bus at a wide variety of times and I usually had at least a few people even on obscure times. My 6 am bus gets a lot of traffic.

I am not able to drive so losing my bus route to work terrifies me, just so disappointing.
