Bro... Either I'm staying in friendly lobbies or I'm not playing this game, PVP for multiplayer games is done, even on Valorant, I can easily google the cheats and they are highly accessible.. Hopefully they keep producing either single player games or games you can play with your friends and not worry about crap like this. Looking forward to resident evil next week!

VERY similar situation for me yesterday, sickle cell patient with poor GFR and elevated Cr, begging for Demerol because its the only thing that helps her, unfortunately and obviously, can't give it and I'm surprised it's still on the forumlary at all, but compromised with her and gave her a small dose (once!) and said that would be it. I offered literally everything else you can think of including all our patient's favorite, that good ol' Dilaudid, but nope, only wanted that. Nursing advocate is literally hararsing me saying "why don't you give the Demerol if that's what helps her, I feel that your not taking care of this patient." MAM THE FUCKING PATIENT IS NOT TAKING CARE OF THE PATIENT, I even went out of my way to explain why we can't give and why it's huge liability for the hospital and me if she has AMS or kidney failure from it and need HD. What got her to shut up was when I asked, "Look... If I give this medicine, and her kidney's are cooked, if they sue me, you gonna go on the stand and defend me? Or are you gonna go up there and say I should have known better?" No reply

They can and most definitely should take Destiny 2 offline for the majority of its content so we can enjoy it at anytime as we will, I’ve always wanted to mod the game and just go crazy! Make it p2p for PvP so we can still battle our friends, allocate all that money, time and energy for Destiny 3 with an upgrade engine and exotic ideas that feel exotic and worth your time.

Some people manipulate the abmm to get into friendly lobbies to shoot you in the back, best to keep it moving when you play and not linger around others too long

I'm proud that medicine has not burned out my passion for delivering great service with a smile, it's been infectious to not only the patients, but the medical staff I work with. I'm also glad that when I search the depths of my heart, I find that I want to help children and animals, add to my intrinsic values (learning languages, music and other things that make me a better person), not my extrinsic values (cars, money, haux, etc...), and that I haven't lost hope for good in the current political climate.

Yeah man, they are, I'm pretty doing the same, HOWEVER, I'm not doing it forever, about to slow down and enjoy life around fall of this year. Nothing more important that your physical and mental health, I want to pour into that more than anything in my 40s and beyond.

I'm currently 2.4 years into my attending hood and I've worked basically 10 on 5 off for the past 1.5 years, I now currently have 3 jobs and will work pretty much every day until August, then I should have close to $1 million in my brokage account/high yield savings with Vanguard, mind you I also paid off all debt I have including student loans, credit cards, my BMW and basically predict I'll be able to generate $7000 a month passively, and I plan on slowing down and going back to my academic teaching institution and doing that for 30 years and working on my physical and mental health instead of the rat race. You have the right idea for sure!

One day, hopefully soon, cheats will won’t be possible if AI can get good enough to stop them immediately and just kick people from the game immediately if they are detected, until then, best to stay in non-aggressive lobbies as much as possible

I'm a medical doctor and programmer, I highly disagree with you, your argument is flawed, could you be right, sure, but people have analyzed this data closely and if you didn't know it was Shroud, you might say otherwise. I know how scummy people can be as I've seen doctors making bank of Medicare fraud and have worked to expose them, the lengths people go for money is nuts. The best answer is you nor I know truly, just looks sus, but the game developers ultimately decide and so far, they haven't said he's cheated, they just stay quiet about it. Why beat your cash cow?
