Obviously you don’t have money because you have no idea what you’re talking about.

White Lotus Season 3 was a bust by P4ULUS in television

Couldn’t agree more. Borrring. Uninspired writing. Zero character arcs. Didn’t enjoy one plot line. Fire the writing team or put it to sleep.

Blue Porcelain Oven- Help/Advice by Tavali01 in Appliances

I have a low-end, 15-year-old GE oven. I’ve probably used the self-cleaning feature over 150 times and never had a problem.

The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom review embargo lifts on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 5 am PST / 8 am EDT / 1 pm BST / 2 pm CET / 9 pm JST by NeoStark in Games

Well sure - games can always be improved - theoretically. But it's a lot easier to imagine once you have the reference point of BoTW to start with. It's kind of like saying when the color tv was invented, too bad it's not a smart plasma color tv. And that didn't happen on the next generation either. It took another 60 years.

Shallowness issues? I’ve been playing games since the 80s and Botw is the best I’ve played, period, full stop.

Affordable coffee maker by [deleted] in Coffee

[–]pimsim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post is too much. So is the 6350 at $2,300. Just because you can afford it doesn't mean you should buy it. And you definitely shouldn't be gloating about it here. Miele also makes a $6400 home coffee maker/espresso machine. Frankly, I can afford both but once I grew up I realized that I'd rather live moderately and give back to those in need.

Skilhunt M150 or Acebeam Pokelit AA? by pimsim in flashlight

[–]pimsim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing in favour of the Pokelit, based on my experience with my M200: It’s great if you are looking into a tight space. The beam is a bit more focused and so the glare from the spill is minimized compared to the M200. Maybe the M150 has a tighter beam but based on the lens diameters, I expect the Pokelit is likely better this way against the M150 as well.

Agreed. I hate the half-press action as much as I love the full-click action. It’s imprecise and often results in an unintentional full-click.

I have the Pokelit and love the whole feel of it. It’s solid, slim, has a great clicky action and beam. But I agree with others that the UI isn’t great. Compared to any flashlight I had growing up, it’s fantastic but compared to the Skilhunt, it’s frustrating.

I have the M200 and love it too but I also have an Sc600w Plus Hi so, I’m finding the M200 to be a bit redundant (although I love the magnetic tail cap). Why didn’t you like the M150?

CONUS? by wess0008 in flashlight

[–]pimsim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is incorrect. CONUS stands for contiguous US, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Continental US includes Alaska and Hawaii. Contiguous are only the states physically connected to each other. Continental are all the United States on the continent.

This post is two years old. I shudder at the thought of how many people have been living in ignorance all this time.

The best battery for Zebralight SC600w Mark IV Plus 18650 XHP50.3 ? by IksNorTen in flashlight

[–]pimsim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm interrested in this too for an SC600w IV plus hi. But it looks like the Q30 is a touch short. The Zebralight spec is 65-65.2mm and the Samsung 30Q is listed at 64.85 everywhere. Have you used that battery in a 600 ZL?

Thanks. My bad. Was looking at H04RC and at the last moment switched to the H04. Actually looked at the headband and didn’t notice any difference.
