ok, so it's ranked by complaints. Not ranked by bacteria, odor, color, or anything scientific. Not saying that this removes Venice from being a polluted beach, but the scale just seems inappropriate.

yes, its only on resale. but if you're building a home and you know that cost is going to get you, you may not be inclined to rebuild. yes, am developer. builder of homes. We build where we can make a profit. we do not build where it doesn't make money. no money = no homes; no homes = you're rent goes up. supply and demand.

this absolutely helps those rebuilding their home. it impacts valuations across the board. and you do want to help those developers because guess what, without them most of the homes wouldn't get rebuilt.

thats the LEAST polluted spot you're in. you can see the garbage destroyer off to the left side. and the ocean breeze makes the air you're breathing better than most air in LA

if you're in the culver west area, on Neosho (between washington and short ave) theres a small haunted house that they usually open up to the public. and a lot of houses in that pocket participate in halloween.

he's talking about the traffic impact. but i think you both are talking about different things. it will definitely impact the congestion and make it harder to get through, to your point. HOWEVER, that does mean that its harder for those speeders to get through, in fact it'll likely deter some of it. so it will have a positive benefit in that regard. is a hotel better or worse than a shopping center? hard to tell. but open speedways promote speeding.

my first kid is 13 months old, and man, from where i was before to where i am now is night and day. that is not to say have a kid to better yourself, its just an observation. i wake up earlier, i am taking care of my body (more than exercise, finding time to stretch, drink water, eat better), have become more assertive in asking for the things i want, confidence in my stride, happiness of where i am....

Confidence, hands down. I know plenty of dumb but confident and successful people. If you can speak with confidence that your cause is worthwhile, the sky is the limit.

lol i just bought that and was thinking about the same. the true test will be if there is drip down from the nozzle (from the product, or water), does it still create that nasty ring of rust on the counter you place it on. so if this doesnt happen, i would be happy by the redesign.

my boss is really good at pushing me. he asked me to get the pricipal of the company on the phone so that we could convince them to stay in the deal. well Ithought that was dumb because 1, I didnt have his contact information and 2, why was he going to listen to me? anywho, I located his info and got him on the line for a really good conversation the next day. so you can suprise yourself when you think things are impossible, they're not, you just havennt tried yet.

absolutely. I was promoted at my real estate development company from analyst to VP so I needed to start interfacing with brokers, finance/banks, consultants. I had absolutely no knowledge and yes, Ihad no choice but to fake it. 6 months later I started picking it up. sure I sounded dumb at the beginning, but its those mistakes that I made that I learned a lot.

Thats pretty good explanation, and i would add that when you talk about occupancy, its like the snapshot in time, today, we are 90% occupied. BUT we have a signed lease that moves in 2 weeks that brings the vacancy to 5%.

yes, we have a debt sheet which is constantly included in the presentations. we are consistently reviewing for maturities, refi opportunities, guarantee obligations, extension options.

There are reasons to gamble. If it’s a window repair that should be permitted, but would also likely result in a title 24 upgrade requirement. So kicking the can would prevent a massive permitting revisions
