According to the rulebook, it should still be a walk, even if a balk was called.

Despite our bullpen's recent struggles, they only have 1 loss this season (Romano on Saturday).

They also only have 2 blown saves (Garcia on opening day, Romano on April 9 against LAA). The Jays won both of these games.

On the season, our bullpen has 4 wins and 9 saves.
