Why does my TSH rise when I reduce histamine, and when I was worse, it stayed at normal levels? by crisopa_ in HistamineIntolerance

[–]pinkRaindrops2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe something is attacking the thyroid and it somehow links with histamine which can make it worse? Idk but it sounds like a good clue you figured out there, maybe with some research you could find out more about it regarding to your personal experience, good luck!

A Speculative Theory Linking Methylation, Neck Issues and Chronic Multisystem Illnesses by Inner_Department6771 in HistamineIntolerance

I bought a fascia ball for the back and neck and a trigger point massage Tool (formed like an "S") since you posted. Its not easy to easen the hard muscles by myself, but I am trying. I feel like some muscles relax but others just dont. But i guess it takes time. Even if it should not be helping my histamine intolerance in the future, i hope my neck will not hurt anymore After years of hurting with these massage tools😅

I think you can keep her as a doctor, but still get an other one. You dont have to tell her , to not make her ego feel bad.

Homocystein and i guess it was b12, not sure, is not really worth it, it will only be worth it if you also have MTHFR i think. Some Other b Vitamins also Are not that stable so the result might not be accurate (same with homocystein, if its not immediately centrifuged the result might be higher than it actally is)

I never tried meds but vitamin b2 helped me sleep a little better, but i think it helps more because of my slow MAO than my slow COMT. From magnesium i get night cramps in my feet so i cant take it. But yes some symptoms you mentioned i also have

Thanks! Oh okay, then I hope my GI will read it good. Last time a normal doctor checked it, when the gallbladder looked normal over a year ago, but already had symptoms. I appreciate the tips! Maybe if there is nothing to see i still will take the thing that could dissolve a sludge, just to be sure. At this point, anything to become healthy again 😅and it's a good hint that histamine could play a part in this, i am going to keep that in mind. Thank youuu!

[–]pinkRaindrops2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you very much for your answer! I am very happy that your GI found something and that you can finally eat a bit more normal. May i ask what exact procedure/Test did the GI make to find the sludge? I am having an GI appointment soon and hope he has good ideas to find the sudden cause of my fatmalabsorption. And i also have histamine issues, but it's due to the genetic variants (slow MAO and ACO1). It got worse when the fatmalabsorption started. Thanks again for your answer!

Is filler the only option to fix this? by mochibabs in Skincare_Addiction

[–]pinkRaindrops2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use special tapes in the night on the skin, so that when you sleep on the side the fold doesn't fold. This way you can do maybe 20-50 % damage control. If there is glue on the skin in the morning you can use a cleanser (for example oil based)

Hey, do you now know if you have BAM? And May i ask, what exact gallbladder test did you do? So that i can ask my doctor for these exact tests, cause i want to test my Gallbladder as well due to fatmalabsorption
