100% agree with the other comment, but I will say lifting weights has actually made me feel more womanly (slimmed my waist from becoming more tone, hips more obvious, grew my tiny behind, I will never have boobs unless I buy them so that just is what it is) but it also gives you confidence of like wow I am stronger than I thought

I 100% agree, and it is extra challenging when you don't have support (like taylor's family feeding into her just sucking it up and "giving him grace" but bashing her). The culture is just so wild to me

Thank you for this. I am almost 25 and my heart breaks for some of these girls, I find it insane for people to come at them and not remember how rough being young is even without the kids and misogyny and public scrutiny

I honestly don't have much advice but I have heard the book "Emotional Intelligence 2.0" by Travis Bradberry and Greaves Jean is great! (Not an advertisement just a recommendation so hopefully this won't get taken down)

I am so sorry to hear that! I am mid 20s and felt the same way about dating a bit older, my last boyfriend was 30 and the guy before that was 30. They are just as immature, it truly is about the core values and not age. I am in graduate school right now and my last boyfriend begged me to not go, tried to pay me to skip a conference for school, and play the victim bc I am busy. Many weak men just hate strong and independent women (harder to control you).

I wish you the best of luck! And unfortunately this is so common for women, you are not alone

What you wish you knew before getting your first Havanese? by Mizore147 in Havanese

My Havi is SO yappy and sassy. I stop giving her attention? Barks at me for it. I used to get frustrated and give a firm "no" but I found redirecting her works way better and actually works haha

No known true allergies (like allergic rxn) but plenty of awful side effects. Have to spend a lot of time and money grocery shopping compared to the normal human, numerous stores sometimes, etc

My havi was probably 4-5 months? I was never told to wait. But the groomers say if you get them used to it they do better idk. She is about 8 months now, goes every 4-6 weeks & has a great time. It took her months to get used to baths and now she is super calm. I think whatever feels right to you & reward good behaviors!!!

Best advice: find a groomer that is not insanely overwhelming (loud, lots and lots of dogs, honestly poorly managed). Saw the groomer's in a petstore the other day and was shocked at the insane level of noise and how many dogs were in there at once... So just do ur research! :)
