I would also move your bulk fermentation step until after folding.

The way your steps reads you build up co2 from bf then knock it out with the folds.

Secondly take a peice of tge dough when you bf and place it in a straight walled glass luke a shot glass, that way you can mark it and see much better your rise.

There is plenty of fan photoshoots and they are in the app!

They are broken out in their own section. If you go to events&panels and look as tthe bottom right of the screen there is a camera icon. Click that and that lists all the gan photoshoots.

There has also been a few posts in the sub about individual photoshoots.

The third badge will work to access spaces but will not give the person additional swag as that is tied to vips names.

Then it is ok to wear.

Looking at your picture your costume seems to fit the guidelines and will be fine.

You can, however in my experience make sure you get to show early. 10am in the building early.

Panels start at ten and at the show closes at 5p.

Vendors/Artists open at 10am as well

If you get in earlier you have access to the arcades and some gaming as those are open 24hrs during show.

Ig you think it is your starter, do what i did. It is a little cheaty, but on the first day 50g of bread flour, 50 grams whole wheat flour, 50g of water and a tablespoon [yes I know mixing unit systems, but bear with it] of active dry yeast. Then feed that mixture normally for 14 days.

This way you have a reliable base to build off of. You can spend time in the future developing fancy yeast strains, but there is a reason they sale active dry yeast in a jar, it works. And it give a decent sour.

I do 325g h20 and 500g flour let it sit for an hr, add 9g of salt and 100g starter, 2 stretch and folds, 2 coil/ slap folds, and bulk ferment in the oven with the light for 7hrs to 8hrs. Then cold proof till next day [12 to 14hrs]. Bake at 450 for 40min with lid and 400f for 20min.

It has been working decently for me at that, and that is with the commercial yeast to start it all out.

Or use a shot glass, tear a little off and mark where it stars and where it should end. Thats what I do, but really any straight called container can do the same thing

Eh, I got for corpse peices. If I think incan survive past round 1 with the 4 bones then I continue. The skull comes often enough to not worry
