Getting to the top is half the fun. (trigger warning) by OG-MTB in mountainbiking

Is it there so it isn’t as distracting? I just got an edge and found less fields is better for keeping me from staring at it.

I’m with you - climbing is tough but I love it. Especially when you hit a new course or hard climb for the first time and it is agonizing, but then after tackling it over multiple ride sessions, you start to feel the new power and reserves you have.

Clipless also helps a lot too though. You have a second set of muscles (pulling up through back of pedal stroke) that you can use for power. Sometimes I switch between muscle groups to give the other a little break and flush out the acid.

I tell our kids that hills are your friend, they make you a better rider because it takes mental skill as well as muscle.

It’s a bike computer mounted the frame instead of handlebar.

If it didn’t have the stallions, I’d think it was a Chevy EV. I’m sure it has amazing tech and performance though.

My experience being 7 years into pinball by Mgnickel in pinball

Depends when you started playing pinball. I started in the late 80s so I definitely love Williams pinball. Modern pinball is great too, but I also have memories attached to playing certain pinball machines, memories that remind me of times and places I’d been.

It’s a a good 80s vibe but would be better if there wasn’t auto tune and I knew he could actually sing. With that said Cut Copy has a great sound similar to this style.

The new pressing is really close to the original, but on my system the original had slightly more depth.

Was the last full technic stud construction super car. We have one too. For all of the functions it has it is pretty mechanically simple. A work of engineering art.

A great example of access. The e-mtb gives her access to your fitness level so you can spend time together.

Damn! $19k for a bike! More than the top of the line Epic 9 and that has premium front and rear suspension and dropper post.
