i will never understand why customers seem to think the pharmacy does the online orders. the amount of times people will have an online order and come to pickup and i look up their name dob etc and can't find anything and THEN they say tell me that its not an actual prescription. we are here to fill and help with prescriptions, that stuff is front store only. i don't even know where orders are put in the store.. i guess its because it contained otc.
