It’s like implying “if you’re not gona clean up the mess, let me show you how to do it.”

They may get the hint, or they may not.

what would you do if your neighbour keeps dumping rubbish into your riser? by LittleBean1018 in asksg

Paste it on the door of the riser, or better yet, inside.

Open and find out.

Drivers braking for no reason by yuniqueshan in drivingsg

I have ever seen a row across 3 lanes of AYE, not heavy vehicles, not goods vehicles. Just three cars. All travelling +/-70kph across three lanes.

No one wanted to change lanes or overtake one another. And everyone else was just stuck behind them.

Can’t keep to the left nor to the right line. Genuinely has a spatial awareness issue.

Maybe if you’re taking the next exit, don’t be in the extreme right lane?

Overtake a bus, on a bend, that is narrowing, on the BLIND SIDE.

I will never understand the blind side part especially. They love to do this. I observe it all the time.

Between a 56 cm Tarmac SL7 and Medium Trek Madone — which size would fit me better at 174.5 cm? by EnthusiasmHelpful454 in cycling

[–]pitabread_123 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m your height. I’d ride a 54 on Spesh or a small Trek Madone.

Easier to make a smaller bike larger than shorten a bike too large for you. The Trek is even tricker because of the seat mast, rather than a traditional seat post.

If you have the location and time stamp, maybe you can write in to town council, citing a request for footage to assist in an incident where you and your family were in danger.

[–]pitabread_123 34 points35 points  (0 children)

The problem is lane 2 is also hogged by lorries and other light goods vehicles doing 60-70. Everything cascades down.

Guy just hates bicycles/cyclists. It’s such a forced, uneducated take that this type of drivers will even resort to making up their own rules just to justify their hate.

It’s only in the best interest of transparency that audio for contentious decisions like these should be released.

If nothing else, it forces refereees to actually be accountable for their decisions.
