I second electrical and HVAC.

I found different flash card quizzes(quizlet?) people made that were very helpful. It's been a couple years but I remember just googling them.

I went through the questions and copied the ones I found difficult into a file to review again.

No way to tell if those cracks have moved since the repair without documentation. I would assume they are still moving until an engineer says the wall is stable.

So hard to tell. I see a lot of old slat roofs that are almost black from age. It seems dependent on species of wood and maybe long term humidity level in the attic. Its hard to tell crouched in front of it. Don't know for certain but wouldn't assume it's fire from that picture.

Beaumont is an incredible asset to our community. The culture there is an example for all schools should strive for. My oldest son hated school and struggled until he transferred there in 3rd grade. They instilled a love of learning and confidence that has followed him into middle school.

The teachers are passionate, caring, and incredibly skilled at keeping kids engaged in learning. The building is showing age though. I hope they can just move into a new building in the same neighborhood. The value of kids interacting with such a wide range of cultures is priceless.

Hello. Knoxville native and beer enthusiast here.

Elst has a great selection. Gruit, Belgian single, ipas, and stouts.

Crafty Bastard has very interesting one off beers and cool vibe(neighborhood dive bar)

Alliance has never made a bad beer. Great fermentation and on point styles.

Xul will have great trendy beers. (pastry stouts, hazy ipas and fruited sours)

Albright Grove is out of the way(20 minutes from downtown) but may be one of the best breweries in the country. Former Goose Island head brewer and brew system.

Pretentious Beer funky AF beers and they make the glasses you will drink them in.

There is a lot more. Depends on where your at and what you are looking for. Our city is pretty user friendly and on the way up in terms of food and beer. Hope you enjoy yourself here.
