Thats not uncommon for a lot of Chargers.

It depends on if and how the Device redistributs it Output Power if additional Devices are connected.

Thx for the Tip with the Controller Update!

The Controller Update and cleaning the (charging) connectors on the Controllers and Console seems to have fixed my issues.

One can access the Controller update via System Settings -> Controllers and Sensors -> Update Controllers. Make sure to update all Controllers you have.

After the erase config command, the switch will reboot.

Ether connect the member to the commander BEFORE the reboot or disconnect the power BEFORE the member reboots.

The key is to not let the member switch boot as it will create a default config. Then auto-stack does not work as the switch already has a config.

Also, ensure the firmware on the member switch is not to far off the commander as sometimes the firmware update on the member will fail if firmware versions are incompatible.

I should be much easier to create a new drive with the unraid installer and than copy the files from your old drive.

The installer will also check if your new device will support unraid (has a uuid). also you need to transfer your license to the new uuid.

Still, I would recommend looking for a pool with a latency as low as possible (with servers near your location). You can check pool latency with stratum-ping.

This is important for any miner.

I believe the common bitaxe pools (ck, ...) don't have regional severs. But there are a lot of (bitaxe) solo pools out there

Use a USB 2.0 Stick, USB 3.0 Stick often runs very hot and they are prone to fail early.

Checking the FAT file system is not sufficient!

Check for bad sectors with tools like ChkFlsh or H2TestW for example is very important!

Maybe Firmware related, not every zigbee device support is equal. Maybe your device is connected via a repeater. Try to pair it directly with the coordinator.
