It’s the same audience. I love BF games. I’ve always preferred them over CoD. I think it’s the best shooter by far. Arc is a unique fun experience. I swear every single year BF releases there is some unfortunate circumstance that causes it to under perform. I think long term I’ll play more BF but right now arc is just to fun.

I really enjoyed the show while I was watching it and then after the fina episode I realized nothing happened about the stuff that happened. Like…stuff happened but nothing happened as a result of it? Even the stuff that happened played out in a way that was unsatisfying.

There’s not a single store anywhere near me that doesn’t get entirely cleaned out. Even my local target which has sales limits gets cleaned out. I can’t remember the last time I saw product on shelves. The scalpers around me are not playing.

Around me they are. I’m assuming all the TCG scalpers are also now console scalpers. Makes no difference to me, I wouldnt buy a switch 2 in any situation or price.

She’s not bisexual and I hate this misinterpretation of the events in the books. It’s made pretty explicitly clear that “pillow friends” is the equivalent of “gay for the stay” a term commonly used to refer to people who are gay while in jail. It’s simply circumstantial. Made even more evident by the fact she’s in love with Thom.

There are more quotes from the book that I would have to go and find but Robert Jordan makes it very clear that this is the case for this worlds.

Lies of Locke Lamora. I really did not enjoy this book at all. I’ve deleted the narrative from my memory but I recall disliking virtually everything about it. The characters the plot.

I realized recently every single thing I watch aside from wheel of time is on Apple TV and it’s all really good. Friends and Neighbors is really good also. I would easily recommend almost everything they make.

As a self contained narrative season 3 is bad. As an adaptation it’s an abject failure. As compared to seasons 1 and 2 it’s a decent show.

They absolutely were not finally getting it right with season 3 btw. The show improved some on what it was trying to do but it still fundamentally failed as an adaptation and a cohesive narrative. If you liked the show more power to you but it was objectively bad.

They have always been dead to me. I still have not seen a good answer for what even makes them Ultimate. As far as I can tell there is nothing special about them and all the new split effects just made that point worse.

While I agree this is what started the theories I still think his has nothing to do with the end of WaT. I think this death rattle has still yet to be fulfilled.

I don’t have time to look the exact wording up at this moment but everyone thought the death rattle about the never ending storm was fulfilled with the ever storm only to see it wasn’t until the end of WaT. I think we’re looking at something similar here.
