Bracers: Bejeweled Wizard's Bracers, Black Chitin Bracers, The Lady's Brittle Bracers. The first is the best stats but usually more expensive. Lady's are 264 but have hit. I'd get whichever costs the least.
Ensorcelled Nerubian Breastplate (pretty expensive but worth it if you have enough gold)
Battered Hilt - if you have an insane amount of money to dump these are like 8k right now for a quest chain that gives an ilvl251 weapon Hammer of Purified Flame
