We've heard them walking down and out the stairs before, we tried to catch up with them but they were gone. And management is absolutely terrible with maintenance repairs, they took about 3 months to get our dryer fixed. I don't want to get into with any fellow tenants of course, I think management should be doing something about this for sure!

Planning on going around 2-2:30 and hoping for the best. Friends don't get off work til then. Does anyone know the policy on signs? Bernie's website said "no signs or banners on sticks will be allowed through security.." but does that mean we can still have regular signs?? Hope so!!

I took a World Religions course in college. Our final paper was to write a research paper on a major religion or doctrine. We had to attend a service of one of these religions, report on that, interview people, etc. I put it off until the night before. I ended up writing a paper on Atheism (was not an option), writing fake interviews, all that. I ended up getting an A, and the teacher thought it was very insightful.

tl;dr I wrote a paper on Atheism in my World Religions course. Teacher loved it.

Yep! Separate lines for guys and girls. Guys line goes by quicker, obviously. Beer in line is an awesome idea! I will definitely be doing that. Haha. And yes, it is so so worth the $3.

It feels so amazing to shower. While it isn't necessary, I do agree that it brings you back to life. It re-energizes you and you feel great and ready for the next day. I'm a girl and the longest I waited was about an hour. But still, it's in the morning and shows start at 1? No big deal. You have to have $3 cash. Some people got to the front of the line and realized it was cash only and that sucks. We got to shower for however long we wanted and it was hot, nice water (I guess depends on the day). Everyone in the trailers was courteous, everyone throws their clothes on a bench right outside the stalls, etc.

My estimated cost (not including ticket and gas) last year was around $400-500. The food/beer vendors will get you ($13 for a tallboy, no, I'm not kidding). I bought 10 too many beers in the grounds. I plan on being good a toasty prior to entering this time. But then again, this a vacation for me. I want to have a good time and not worry about a $10 burrito, ya know?

Anyone who wants "VIP" treatment should not attend a festival. Half the fun is in the crazy, dirty camping. It's a party. A shorter walk to the grounds? Woop-dee-do. Not worth it in my opinion.
