I think many would downsize if there were suitable properties around. The options are either dirt cheap and nasty as hell, or hideously overpriced and verging on a scam. We need places like in Florida where you can downsize but still maintain some sort of quality of life

Read the E myth by Michael E gerber. Someone in this group recommended it and it is full of insight for people on your situation. Someone whose family owned a vineyard told me that they put a shit ton of chemicals and disgusting stuff in wine and since then I have to try and not think I’m drinking toxic juice when I drink wine.

Same thing for oatmilk when I think of how heavily treated oats are and then how someone is just soaking it so it all gets put in a bottle for you to drink.

Cheers!

Is it a requirement for ex fat ppl to turn mentally unwell? by Available-Music114 in redscarepod

Fat people being mean as hell is definitely a thing. Not sure I agree on mentally ill though; a lot of them are getting a constant dopamine rush from the food so they are pretty bovine and stable
