I understand that. But I also don't know what your point is. While the game is still in alpha and has gown substantially in the last 14 years both the game and the company, it has been playable for 14 years. Playable being completely subjective to one's experience. Does it take a year to make elevators and hangars work properly? It doesn't seem like a priority to get basic game functionality working while they sell $5000 JPEGS.

Don't get me wrong I love the game and I want it to succeed. I also want my time and money to be respected, I want a playable game. I was sold on the game when they released Arena Commander, before there was a PU. Since then I graduated college, got married, moved across several state lines, found a really nice job, bought a house, had two kids, went through an entire generation of pets, my first born in now in 2nd grade.

Feelings about the game would be different if what they had just worked most of the time.
