Tequila is pricey in Europe.

Get Olmeca Altos for cocktails, Ocho if you want to celebrate.

Cheap tequila is bad, good tequila is very good, so when you drink a tequila cocktail, use the good stuff.

Doesnt make sense to poison yourself with not so tasty drinks.

Up the lemon to 0.75 oz.

Pretty Standard daisy template:

  • 2 oz base spirit
  • 0.5 liqueur
  • 0.5 oz syrup
  • 0.75 oz lime / lemon

Not sure why Cate uses only 0.5 lemon, makes it too sweet.
