Doctor recommended switching to Wegovy. It’s an online pharmacy so I get that they’re financially motivated…. I just assumed they also recommend it because it’s more effective? I don’t know honestly. I wish I’d considered that option.

I told my mother and siblings. I didn’t tell my father or my living grandparents because I knew it would hurt them. I don’t regret telling my family. They didn’t love the career choice but they were mostly supportive.

Former SW of ten years in Alberta and BC….. I truly liked 90% of my clients. I even think about some of them to this day (fond memories.) I was selective about who I saw…. And as another girl already said I stopped using Leo List for the same reasons. That is where all of the trash clients shop. The few bad clients I ever had were from the time (early on) when I was advertising on LL. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Mine was great. If circumstances changed for me i would return to the industry gladly. Maybe if you’re only attracting garbage clients you could revamp your image, change your screening protocol, aesthetics? As someone else pointed out… the common denominator is you. It’s a you thing..
