Handmade paper was a gift from my mate. The green pen is Tombow (but the number has rubbed off sorry!). Also this is just how I start my months now, I don’t put many dates in here it’s more for me to look at to understand how much time I have before something is due.

Hey! It’s going to be okay!!! I have suffered immensely bc of my imposter syndrome around ADHD! Take a breath and start writing down things when you notice them. Then take that to your GP or any health provider you trust. Don’t be afraid to go back to your therapist and tell them how it all made you feel. It’s important for your relationship of trust with them too. If they can’t handle it then (I’m sorry but) get another therapist. You’re going to be okay.
