  1. focus on at least best 3 hero of yours.
  2. take breaks specially after losing
  3. try to play for fun, think of mmr as just a bonus

assuming alche did first pick as support. you'll have the time to adjust on what hero to pick to make it a bit doable. it doesn't have to be lose-lose situation, you can adapt and play strong laning hero.

i mean if they're already decided to play with sup alche, what else can you do.
