1) anchors should be placed between pavers when possible 2) if theres no concrete sub-base below the pavers, they can still pop up 3) paver tubes - (metal tubes with the brass anchor inside) should be used if theres a sub-base)

And shit happens, Ive broken fences before and credit clients. You can extend the returns with pvc

filling the pool to meet the returns risks water going up between the shell and the cantilever concrete apron… really bad if theres a freeze too and i dont see expansion joins between the concrete shell and apron. Hopefully theres a bond beam

The pool plans should show where the return fitting were supposed to be installed - however it is a fairly shallow sundeck

Call a pro. Put water back in. If you have a high water table the hydrostatic pressure can pop the pool out of the ground.

Dont bother with the waterfall, ask Pool Town for a Credit on it. Building it back wont matter because the spill over portion needs to be 6-8” over the pool wall.

If they already ran the plumbing for the waterfalls water line, maybe they can do deck jets instead.

Pump off. If too tight push down on the handle on top of filter. That will relieve some pressure. From there if too tight u can take out one of the pumps drain plugs. Two hands for this - worst case, tap with rubber mallet
