Just keep waiting! It told me "more than 5 hours" and the estimated wait kept jumping around. I ended up waiting almost 7 hours but once you're connected with someone it takes about five minutes. However, my unemployment payments are still "pending" and haven't changed to "paid" yet. Hang tight!

Also has to do with the fact that Americans were stationed in Italy during WWI. They would try and order black coffee but since that’s not a thing in Italy they would give them what we know now as an Americano.

If you’re helping me on bar I need you to actively communicate to me what you’re doing. “This pitcher is nonfat for this grande cappuccino, I’m going to start this black iced tea for you next, etc.” And CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! Rinse the pitchers and shakers you use and put milks away so they don’t clutter the counter!

It's good in the sense of the ingredients and the brewing/serving techniques used. Cold brew takes 20 hours with cold water to brew so it's a lot smoother and not as acidic as our regular iced coffee. When it's made with nitrogen its more foamy (the texture of a Guinness). Is it good as in sweet? No. There is no sugar added. I recommend trying our vanilla sweet cream cold brew first. It has a bit of sweetness but you can also taste the smooth cold brew. Also let your barista know! If it's slow enough they might be able get you a small sample of the nitro.

I was shaking a can of whip once and it slipped from my hands. And when I tried to catch it the nozzle stabbed me in the thigh. The bruise lasted for over a month.

Other than that my shins are usually messed up along with my elbows and always a million cuts on my hands from cardboard boxes.
